Mystery Object Projects

Third-sixth grade Science/Technology students worked with digital microscopes to create Mystery Object challenges. Digital microscopes are microscopes with a built-in camera that can capture still images or time-lapse video. The images can be saved to the computer for later use.

Students brought unique "Mystery Objects", captured images at 10x, 60x and 200x magnification, and wrote clues for each of the three images. We currently have six QX3 Digital Microscopes and one Digiscope 300. Funds for the microscopes were donated by PTSA, staff, and families in memory of Mrs. Barnard's husband, David.
